FLIGHT SIMULATOR

Líder’s employees receive training in two high-technology simulators Level D, so that they are apt to carry out the offshore operation services with maximum efficiency and safety.

A joint-venture partnership between Líder Aviação and CAE International Ltd. resulted in the creation of CAE – Lider Training in Brazil, which enables training programs specific for Sikorsky S76, S92 and LeonardoAW139 pilot certification.

CAE LÍDER TRANING

CAE Líder Training do Brasil, a joint venture between Líder Aviação and CAE - world leader in aircraft simulators - provides the best training on SIKORSKY S-76, S-92 and Leonardo AW 139 helicopters in Brazil.

The simulators are installed at the CAE Training Center next to the Congonhas Airport in São Paulo, and are the most modern simulators in the world (Level D – Full Flight Simulator).

Training Programs:

Initial Training:

This program covers the technical activities required for the Technical Qualification Certificate (“CHT”) in the Sikorsky S92 and S76 Flight Simulators, starting with the S76C ++ version, and Leonardo AW 139 for the following functions:

- First Pilot in Command (PIC).

- Second Pilot in Command (SIC).

 Recurrent Training:

This program covers the technical activities required for revalidation of the Technical Qualification Certificate (“CHT”) in the Sikorsky S92, S76 and Leonardo AW 139 Flight Simulators, for the same function the pilot is already qualified.

Level upgrading training:

This program covers the technical activities required for a S92, S76 and AW 139 Certificate holder with SIC function to upgrade to PIC function on the same aircraft model.

Re-qualification training

This program covers the technical activities required for the re-qualification of crew members holders of Type Qualification Certificate (“CHT”) in the Sikorsky S92, S76 and Leonardo AW 139 Flight Simulators.

This program is targeted at pilots with a CHT in Sikorsky S92, S76 and Leonardo AW 139 aircraft which are not valid anymore, or compromised by lack of recent experience, as per RBAC 61 requirements.
